Neisseria Gonorrhoeae (N. gonorrhoeae) is an oval or bean-shaped Gram-negative bacterium with the length of 0.6-0.8 μm and the width about 0.5 μm, the main bacterial pathogen leads to gonorrhea.
Gonorrhea is the second common disease of STD. It can cause infections in the genitals, rectum, and throat. Patients with NG might happen no signs or symptoms. Undiagnosed or untreated gonorrhea can lead to many complications, such as PID, infertility.
